Thanks for taking the time to check this out. I really love this area but it's so expensive and I don't make a lot of money, so I'm trying every technique for the chance to live here. I'm searching for a special opportunity for a special person (me) that normal living-space seekers won't find. By inexpensive, I mean, preferably in the range of $1000/month.

I'm Larry, a graphic designer, photographer and computer/internet/website professional. I'm looking for a private, inexpensive, unfurnished space in/near the mountains of NW Los Angeles to live long-term. Could be a guesthouse, extra rooms, even a trailer -something private, with a separate entrance, not a room-mate situation, preferably unattached from the main house. I want a quiet living situation where having a mature, honest, respectful and trusted guy around is desirable.

Ideal situation:
A homeowner who finds themselves with unused living space who could use a hand with taking care of / looking after the place, taking care of horses or pets, as well as the extra income.

I was in a long-term guesthouse situation in Pacific Palisades that was ideal. With the owner's oversight, I thoroughly renovated a musty, unused downstairs area into a nice guest quarters, adding a kitchen counter and sink, stove and walls and floor. It was months of work but worth the effort as it was a great location. But after 5 years, the owner passed away suddenly and I had to leave. So I'm willing to work hard for the right long-term situation.

I'm quiet, responsible, single ( no current girlfriend), non-smoker, no drugs, (maybe a beer or two once a month), no pets, no loud parties, love kids and animals. I'm a hard worker, self-sufficient, very organized and clean and handy with tools and fixing things. My hobbies are hiking, biking, playing accoustic guitar, photography and snowboarding, among others.

Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, I come from a large family back east and down south. I've lived and worked in upstate New York, West Virginia, North Carolina, Manhattan, London, Paris and Seattle, from where I moved after living 10 years. $750 Finders Fee Reward!

I'll pay $750 to the person who secures for me the perfect long term guest house type living situation described above. The money will be paid upon my occupancy of the accomodations. This person will be instrumental in making the connection happen - possibly a relative/family/friend/neighbor of someone who could use a nice guy in their guest house/trailer/extra room. Possibly someone moving out of the perfect place.

I want to hear from anyone about any West side guest house rental available, but if you want the finders fee, there are necessarily some requirements.

Some simple requirements for this reward:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Minimum one year occupancy lease
- No sublets, financial arrangements with owner only
- No published listings from Craigslist, Westside Rentals, local newspapers or any other publicly available rental - this reward doesn't apply to public listings.
